This is a laser cut version of the keychain which turned out to be much more reasonably priced than 3D printing via Shapeways. They are made of stainless steel 316L from a company in Spain. The front side is brushed metal look, sadly to get the backside brushed metal as well the production costs would have tripled so I left them at their default backside.
The material seems really tough like any brushed metal kitchen steel. They won’t rust if you lick them… although maybe you shouldn’t.
